The Cork Gallery is a beautiful 2,800 square foot space with hardwood floors, wall space for art exhibits, large windows with amazing views of Penn Station and the Station North Arts and Entertainment District, and full kitchen facilities. Included in the space is a conference table, four additional eight foot tables, over 30 stacking chairs, two projector screens, two leather couches and accompanying chair, and lots of room for creativity. The space is ideal for fundraisers, workshops, meetings, program events, and staff and volunteer appreciation gatherings.

Below is a list of membership options offered to OSI Baltimore Community Fellows.

Tier 1 - $75/year (3 events a year)
Tier 2 - $250 a year (24 events a year
Tier 3 - $500 a year (60 events a year)

We are limiting use of the Cork Gallery for any Fellow to a maximum of five times per month.

The membership year is January 1 through Dec 31, 2008. If you sign up in a later month, the rate will be pro-rated.

When we receive your membership application and fee, you will be provided with instructions on how to access the online calendar and schedule your events. www.communityfellows.org

Outside nonprofits may rent the space on an hourly or half-day/full-day rate. Please have them contact Fusion directly for more information.
